I’m coming from SketchUp and hope to make a transition to Shapr3D. However, there are some key features that I really miss.
Snap to origin point
This would make 3D print designs in particular a lot easier to setup.
Ruler
You really shouldn’t have to make a temporary line drawing just to measure a distance.
Disable animations
It can provide some perspective of how the camera is moving, but generally I find it unnecessary and just slows down the workflow. Other software allows the user to switch views instantly.
Parallel perspective shortcuts
A quick way to view a model in parallel perspectives?
Document organisation
Unless I’m mistaken, there is no way to add folders in the Designs tab? Seems like a basic feature to me.
