Bring more of your existing designs into Shapr3D and explore new ways to refine your models. This release introduces SVG import and a dedicated Sketch Fillet tool, along with improvements to tool interactions, modeling workflows, and Visualization.
New: Sketches now have a dedicated Fillet tool in the new version of Shapr3D with Parameter Cards, currently available to a limited number of users. Create rounded corners between connected lines and arcs, with automatic equal radius constraints. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue the rollout.
New: Import SVG files directly into Shapr3D to bring vector shapes and curved paths into your designs.
Improved: Adjust the Extrude tool’s ‘To Object’ parameter directly in the modeling space by dragging the arrow to the target object.
Improved: Get clearer visual preview when performing Boolean operations to better understand how geometry will be added, subtracted, or intersected.
Improved: Shapr3D now automatically selects the appropriate Sketch or 3D tool based on your selection and modeling context.
Improved: Command Search now provides more accurate results when using Pinyin (Chinese phonetic spelling).
Improved: Tool mode changes are now easier to recognize, so you can tell which mode is active.
Improved: Now you can access Boolean options directly within the Pattern tool to union, subtract, or intersect geometry.
Improved: The default environment in Visualization now features richer details. The previous default environment is still available at the end of the environment list.
Improved (iPadOS): Parameter cards now dock more consistently alongside the sidebar to make better use of the modeling space.

I just updated from the Microsoft store on Windows. (to Version 26.200.12220.0 #aaa0317a)
The SVG import is there, but there is no fillet tool in sketching.
EDIT: updated the ipad as well, same Version number. No fillet tool. The change log sais it should be there, but it just isn’t.
I never got the parameter cards either. There seem to be quite a lot of different versions of shapr floating around at this point, what determines who gets what?
I just played around with the sketch fillet tool and gotta say it’s glorious. As someone who always prefers such details in sketches instead of tool operations on body, where possible, this will save sooo much tedious repetitive arc-tangent-radius-trim work.
I thought the day would never come
And the new parameter card docking is lovely, placed it below the history list and it saves so much space on iPad. Plus this placement will probably make the transition a bit easier for people who don’t like them.
Parameter cards are currently being A/B tested, which is why not everyone has access to them yet. Fillet functionality also depends on parameter cards.
I’m looking into how we can add people to the A/B test upon request.
If the A/B test doesn’t run too much longer, fair enough. Otherwise I do feel a tad unlucky missing out on one of the most anticipated features with the sketch fillets. I sure could use it.
@DrKronos , @Mbock , @ggltoddmiller@bidek If you’d like to test this new feature and aren’t currently part of the A/B test, could you please submit a support ticket?
