Help!

Please provide a detailed description of the issue.

I am a new—and still somewhat unsure—user of Shapr3D. I have managed to learn how to create the simple models I need—specifically, basic selector rulers for my knitting machines. Now, however, I need to print a cast-on comb for one of my knitting machines. I am able to model the ruler itself, but I don’t know how to create the small holes required within each of the ruler’s pins—specifically, the holes that need to be positioned on the inner side of each pin. Is it possible to design a single pin and then simply copy or duplicate it the required number of times? Please forgive me if I am not phrasing my questions correctly; I am not a technical expert, and I apologize for any confusion. I would be very grateful for your patience in explaining this to me, or for a link to any relevant tutorial materials. Thank you.

If I understand correctly, you want the holes of the needle to be displayed on the model?

You draw a circle with the appropriate diameter on one of the protruding parts and then you can extract it all the way. Or you can even draw it as a separate body and then extract it from the things. I’ll send you a quick video.
